DISARMO APP SUPPORT
Welcome to the support page for Disarmo. Before you contact us about your issue, please first check to see if your issue is listed on this page.
Downloading and Installation
Disarmo is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). It requires a strong and stable internet connection to play.
For iOS devices: Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone 5S or later, iPad Air Wifi or later, and iPod Touch Sixth Generation or later.
If you cannot find Disarmo on the store, your device may not have the minimum device requirements to run the app OR the app is not available in your country. You can check the minimum device requirements in the tab above.
If your device does meet the requirements, but the app is still not appearing, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the error message and your device model.
Disarmo requires an internet connection to play, so please check you have a stable WiFi or data connection. Ensure you have updated your app to the newest version.
Please do not trust third party websites that have a version of Disarmo that you can download. Downloading Disarmo from anywhere other than the official App Store pages could result putting your device, account and privacy at risk.
We are unable to provide support to those using prohibited versions of the app, and we cannot guarantee that functionality such as in-app purchases would be safe to use.
If players are found to be using prohibited versions of the app, including copies, mods or hacks, then this will result in permanent bans. Using software to manipulate the game creates an unfair advantage over other players, and is strictly prohibited.
You cannot transfer your account or game progress to another player. Never share your login details for Game Center with anyone.
BRG Creative will never ask you for your password.
